Craig A. Roberts

Craig A. Roberts Esq.

Of-Counsel

Craig A. Roberts began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank A. Buczynski, former presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division Ocean County.  Responsible for the Court’s motion calendar, Mr. Roberts gained intimate experience in numerous civil disputes spanning a broad range of disciplines.  In addition, as a trained mediator, Mr. Roberts was praised for his ability to effectively employ negotiation skills to develop unique and practical solutions for complex cases.

After a brief stint with a civil litigation firm, Mr. Roberts worked for some of the top law firms and financial institutions in the world based out of their New York City offices, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, Clifford Chance and Deutsche Bank.  Mr. Roberts has a wealth of experience in the areas of equity derivatives, credit derivatives, fixed income prime brokerage and other complex financial transactions.  These experiences allow Mr. Roberts to often identify unique and novel recapitalization and financing options for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Roberts now brings this wealth of experience to the firm’s high net worth and small business clients in order to effectively allow them to grow, strive and develop their businesses.  He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.  In his spare time, Mr. Roberts enjoys running, scuba diving and sports.
